Feature Project
Custom Build Maintenance Facility (Puslinch Golf Course)
Ahier Construction managed this project end-to-end, delivering a custom-designed facility tailored to operational needs.
Key project phases began with demolition of the existing structure, followed by substantial excavation and earth removal, foundation work, and a complete new build. The facility was constructed with full electrical servicing to support cart charging stations. Timber frame accents and custom stonework were incorporated to reflect the character of the site.
Site works included the installation of a new well, a fire hydrant system connected to the storm pond, underground drainage infrastructure, and on-site holding tanks. Ahier Construction managed all design coordination, engineering, permitting, approvals, and site inspections to ensure a smooth build and successful final occupancy.
